Delegates of the Group of Twenty have begun arriving at the summit venue on the Indonesian island of Bali.
The meeting of the G20 leaders will begin on the Indonesian island of Bali today, Tuesday, November 15, and will conclude tomorrow, Wednesday, November 16.
A US official confirmed on Tuesday that the G20 summit will make decisions on global security and food supply chains and will strongly condemn Russia’s military operation in Ukraine.
The official added that President Joe Biden will talk during the G-20 summit about energy security and setting a ceiling for the price of Russian gas.
The official pointed out that “the final statement of the G-20 summit will include a strong condemnation of the Russian war against Ukraine.”
He added, “You will see the majority of G20 members condemning the Russian war in Ukraine, and considering it a major source of enormous economic and human suffering in the world.”
The Emirates.. a prominent presence with an ambitious vision
The UAE is participating in the G20 Summit in Bali, Indonesia, under the slogan: “Recovering Stronger Together”, through a high-level delegation.
The UAE is among the 4 countries that were invited, and participation is the second after the first in the summit, which was chaired by Saudi Arabia.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, confirmed that the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia, is an important global meeting.

He added, “The UAE’s participation in the G20 summit is of great importance to the country, given the challenges facing the global economy, and the economies of developing countries in particular, as well as the UAE’s active role in strengthening the global economy as a reliable, responsible and major supplier of energy, and in ensuring the stability of energy markets.” world energy, as well as its ambitious clean energy innovation and investment agenda.

A prominent Saudi participation
Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, arrived in Indonesia, on Tuesday, to head his country’s delegation to the G20 leaders’ summit.
He was received at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, Indonesia, by Lahut Binsar, Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Investment Affairs of Indonesia.
Saudi Arabia plays an important role in regulating the global economy, and observers always rely on its active contributions to support the global economy and lead it to the stability sought by states and citizens.
Saudi Arabia’s entry into the G20 represented an increase in its influential role in the global economy, as it is based on a solid industrial economic base.

A Chinese-French meeting on the sidelines of the summit
Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived at the summit venue.
Prior to his arrival, he held a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, during which he called on him to unite the efforts of Paris and Beijing against the war in Ukraine.
