1- A low-carb, high-fat diet
Eating nuts and seeds such as walnuts, almonds, and flaxseeds is important, as they have the right balance of fats, lower testosterone levels, and regulate female hormones.
Also, consume high-quality fats such as margarine, butter, virgin oils, nuts, seeds, and avocados to help your brain properly control hormonal activity.
Try to include foods that contain essential and non-essential amino acids in your diet so that your body can use them to manufacture hormones.
Eggs, poultry, lentils, soaked nuts and seeds, and plant-based protein are just a few examples.
3- Foods rich in Vitamin D
Eat foods that contain vitamin D such as salmon, mushrooms, eggs, milk, and yogurt. You can also sit outside in the sunlight to increase the vitamin D in your body.
4- Following a diabetic diet
Insulin resistance is a symptom of PCOS. Therefore, the patients must adhere to the diabetic diet, according to hindustanttimes.
Their diet should be high in fiber and low in processed foods and carbohydrates, and consider choosing whole wheat and wheat flour, whole grains, brown rice, poha and wheat pasta.
